Since 1982…we have provided a high volume of transportation servicing a range of clients with demanding schedules that are from corporations, personal service, medical fields, celebrities and conventions with the need for specialized coordination, to diplomats with secret service protocol.         Our business has grown as a result of repeat customers and referrals. 

Since 2004...we have been able to offer our clients chauffeured transportation worldwide.  We take pride in our affiliate network as we have been able to assemble the best services in every city to represent our company and shower the client with the same exceptional service as in Houston.

Reservations…all incoming lines are answered around the clock; we do not have an answering service.  Our office personnel prove daily to be attentive, detailed, and consistent with client needs.

Dispatching/Billing…dispatch is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions about locations of vehicles, flight updates, changes and status.  Billing is personalized to the way the client prefers:  direct billing (with approved credit), credit card or cash.  All vehicles are equipped with Nextel Communication. 

Coordinator…coordination services are provided for large movements of people and vehicles.  Meet and greet staff can be provided for arriving passengers at no charge.

Management & Staff…are dedicated to daily follow-up, ensuring you in the confidence and trust in our service.

Chauffeurs…all chauffeurs are given through background checks, drug tested and are of great moral character.  All chauffeurs are highly trained in the personal service aspect of the client providing more than just “a ride in a car.”

Fleet Management…our fleet manager attends daily to all aspects of quality control.  All vehicles are serviced as preventive maintenance to eliminate the frequent problems that arise from neglect.  White glove detailing is performed on the entire fleet to ensure cleanliness and satisfaction from all of our clients.

Safety…Nikko’s is a member of the National Limousine Association and Limousine Association of Houston, member of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, properly licensed and fully insured with the requirements of the City of Houston since 1982.
